Program Distinctions

What distinguishes the study of music at Lindsey Wilson College? Check out our brief summary of recent accomplishments!

We initiated a successful composer, publisher, and performance collaboration which resulted in the world premiere of "Words of Lincoln," sponsored by the Lincoln Bicentennial Observance.

The Concert Choir collaborated with the Louisville Symphony Orchestra, performing selections from Haydn.

The Lindsey Wilson Singers went on tour, traveling from San Diego to San Francisco, California.

In addition, we expanded our partnership with the Kentucky United Methodist Church through the Lighthouse Concert Project and were selected for a mass performance of the Vivaldi Gloria with the New England Symphonic Ensemble at Carnegie Hall.
