Out of State: Gina Collins
I love how the campus glows with splendid
colors during the fall season, is so peaceful during the winter and
vibrant in the spring. Each season brings new beauty and new
energy to the campus
I would suggest for you to sit in on classes
during your college visits. It allows you to get a feel for
classroom dynamics, size of the classes and how the professors
interact with students.
Out of State Football & Baseball: Sara
Having the opportunity to do amazing things
is why I love LWC. I have had the chance to sing on the stage
of Carnegie Hall twice during my time here.
I encourage all high school students to take
their classes, exams and homework seriously. When scholarship
time rolls around, you'll be glad you did!
There are many things that I love about LWC, but I think my most
favorite things are the intangibles: the smiles on the students'
faces, the beauty of our campus when the leaves start to change
colors, the roars in the stadium when LWC scores a touchdown, and
the list goes on and on.
My advice to high school seniors is to strive to be your
personal best. Prepare yourself for tomorrow by taking
classes seriously, studying for exams, and taking the ACT/SAT as
early as possible and often. Don't have any regrets.
