8 a.m. - Second-Annual Blue Raider ClassicAlumni and Friends Golf Scramble

A four-person team scramble that includes great
food, prizes and the opportunity to support the Bluegirls.fw.pngRaider golf program. Blue Raider golf alumni play for the coveted "Blue Raider Classic Trophy."
Alumni Chris Lewis '12 and Zach Charbonneau '10 have housed the trophy for the past year.
Cost: $60 (includes continental breakfast, green fee, cart rental, lunch and ticket to the 1:30 p.m.
Sept. 21 football game against University of Pikeville).

For the first time in the 17-year history of the communityservice event, alumni are invited to join students, faculty and staff. Registration and breakfast from 7-8 a.m. before heading out to a community-service project. Participants return to campus for lunch and door prizes from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. No cost to participate.

The 50-year class reunion will take place May 10, 2014. No cost to attend, but sign up for the meeting on Homecoming registration page.

1:30-4 p.m. - Registration for Homecoming 2013

During halftime of the football game, one alum who signs up at one of the Homecoming registration tables will win prize pack of Blue Raider items.
Tickets to the Homecoming football game may be purchased for $5. Registration tables will be located at Homecoming events throughout the weekend. Football tickets will be $10 at the gate.

1 p.m. - 13th-Annual Morris Shepherd Ping Pong Tournament

Single-elimination single and doubles tournamentshosted by Morris Shepherd '53.
No registration fee. Sign up day of the event. Winners receive cash prizes.

3 p.m. - Homecoming Chapel Service and LWC Couples Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremony

Celebrate the heritage of the Lindsey Wilson College Singers. All alumni who have been a member of the LWC Singers or choral program are invited. An extra-special Homecoming celebration because the LWC National Alumni Association will name Gerald and Sonja Chafin Honorary Alumni at the Homecoming Alumni Awards Brunch.

The ceremony provides each member of the current ensemble the understanding and commitme nt to the group's traditions of excellence. This year the impact of adding Singers alumni to the ceremony creates an exciting dimension to this significant and meaningful experience.

9:30 p.m. - "Rally in the Valley" Bonfire and Pep Rally
Valley on west-end of Walter S. Reuling Stadium
Featuring the LWC Marching Band, football team, cheerleaders, students and alumni. Enjoy acomplimentary cup of hot cocoa and eat a s'more.

Fifth-Annual Running With the Blue Raiders Homecoming 5K Fun Run
7:30 a.m. - Registration at Doris and Bob Holloway Health & Wellness Center
8 a.m. - Race begins.
Registration fee: $20. All participants registered by Sept. 13 will receive a Homecoming 5K medallion.

An evening of live music, a comedy improv show hosted by the LWC Theater Program, games, miniature train rides and inflatables for kids. The menu: all-you-can-eat buffet of hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, chips, cookies and drinks. Tickets can be purchased in advance through the registration process or at a Homecoming registration table.
Advance tickets: $5. Tickets at the event: $7. Children 5 and under: free.

This one-man performance of The Gospel of Mark presents word for word a dramatic telling of the gospel story. LWC Assistant Professor of Theatre, Robert Brock brings this powerful Gospel to life with passion and reverence.
