Memorial Hall

Memorial Hall

Memorial Hall was acquired by the college in the spring of 2011 and first opened in fall of 2011. The building is named after Jerry and Kendrick McCandless. McCandless is capable of housing 100 female students, and typically houses first year and upper class female students. Each room in the building has its own vanity sink and shares a community bathroom with the hall. The bathrooms and building is cleaned daily by the LWC Custodial staff.

The Residence Life staff in the building is available 24/7 to help residents with almost any problem they may encounter during their stay. McCandless Hall has a full time professional staff member who lives in the building year round. There are also three Resident Assistants to help the residents when needed.
