  CIVIC ENGAGEMENT LEARNING COMMUNITY
  This course is a leadership course based primarily on Kouzes and Posner's Five Practices For Exemplary Leaders - Model The Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge The Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encouraging the Process. Students will learn how to transform their leadership style, skills, and values into action by participating in a community service project, low ropes course, directed readings, class presentation, and group discussions.
