Coach Debbie McGuinness begins her second season as the head
assistant women's soccer coach and head junior varsity coach.
In her first season, McGuinness helped the Blue Raiders reach
the national semifinals and capture the Mid-South Conference
regular season and tournament titles.
McGuinness joined the Blue Raider women's soccer staff following
a stellar four-year career and a stint as the head girl's soccer
coach at Elizabethtown High School. While at Elizabethtown,
McGuinness led her squad to the district title.
As a student-athlete, McGuinness helped Lindsey Wilson to the
2004 national championship where she was named the tournament's
most valuable player. McGuinness did not allow a goal during the
2004 postseason run, helping the Blue Raiders to the program's
first national title.
McGuinness resides in Columbia.
