Lindsey Wilson College Campus Recreation
offers many opportunities to carry out a wellness oriented
lifestyle whether it be through group fitness, personal training,
incentive programs or even solo workouts. We greatly encourage you
to live your life to its healthiest while taking part in these
enjoyable activities that allow you to enhance yourself through the
company of others, connect mentally and reach your physical goals.

Group Fitness
Campus Recreation offers many different group fitness classes
that are a great addition to any workout routine. Feel free to
browse the various opportunities that HWC offers you with the links

Personal Training
Lindsey Wilson College Campus Recreation is always searching to
expand its horizons on each and every level. Due to this, we
are greatly pleased to be able to offer Personal Training to all
members at a very affordable cost. All Campus Recreation Personal
Trainers are certified or are working to be certified and ready to
assist you in your fitness/wellness goals. Stop by the Health and
Wellness Center front desk to pick up a personal training packetand
schedule an assessment today!

Flab2Fab
Fitness Challenge - 2011
Lindsey Wilson College Campus Recreation hosted the first ever
Flab2Fab Fitness Challenge which was designed to
enable participants to live a wellness oriented lifestyle
while adding a hint of competion. Participants competed in
this 8-week program, May through July 2011,
through workouts, accountability exercises, and seminars with
the goal of learning how to make effective living choices that lead
to better lifestyles.
Our participants lost a
total of 370 lbs and 232.75 inches within 8 weeks!
The Biggest Loser = Claudia
Frazier 10.43% body weight lost
The Most Inches Lost =
Sherri Johnson 21.5 inches lost
The Biggest BMI Difference =
Linda Kessler 5.1 difference
We will be having a similar
program in the Fall 2011 semester... looking forward to see you
