memorable camp experience for children and youth who come from
economically disadvantaged homes. The THCF is currently recruiting
for qualified:
Camp
Counselors
March 10 - 17, 2012 - Residential
Positions Available at Tim Horton Camp Kentahten on the
beautiful shores of Green River Lake in Campbellsville,
Kentucky
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Counselor is responsible for
ensuring that campers have a positive and
memorable camp experience by facilitating participation with
various camp programs. The March Camp session is
seven days plus a day and a half training.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or above.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification preferred
- Experience working with children and related camp experience
preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure camper wellness. This includes the physical, mental, and
emotional health and safety of all participants.
- Guide campers in participating successfully in all aspects of
camp activities.
- Supervise all assigned aspects of the campers' day including
morning activities, cabin clean-up, meal times, rest hour, evening
activities, getting ready for bed, and after hours duties as
assigned.
- Teach or lead activities as assigned.

- Trial Work @ Poultry Processing Plant (Albany, Kentucky
initially)
Sampling - pulling poultry off line, douse/spray with our client's
rinse product, turn out for evaluation, pull off line at later time
and place in plastic bag for evaluation. Sample points
include 3 to 4 different times throughout day/evening (or
equivalent to every 3-4 hours). Possibly 40 hrs/wk.
Log book data entry required
Possibly starting December 1st and will run for 4 weeks
approximately.
Upon completion of this Albany trial work, possible trial work
available in Guntersville, Alabama if individual interested in
traveling. All travel expenses reimbursed.
$15+/hr, commensurate with experience/education
Initially candidate would report to Marty Till @ Sedona Ag
