Brady has been employed at Lindsey Wilson since August 2005. Brady's focus is the annual fund, direct mail, phonothon, community campaigns, and visiting constituents of the college.

Prior to employment at Lindsey Wilson, Brady worked six years in the pharmaceutical industry.

A 1998 graduate of Lindsey Wilson, Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Management. While a student, Brady was a member of the Blue Raider Basketball Team.

Brady is a member of CASE KY and serves on the board for Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce.
