I became a part of the Lindsey Wilson College family in January 2006, as a graduate student in "small-town" Maysville, Ky. When I first learned of the program, I was shocked to find out that someone could earn a higher degree in this geographical area. Over the next two years, I experienced first-hand the passion and vision that has made the School of Professional Counseling a success!

Not only did LWC provide classes close to home, it also allowed me to continue being a part of the workforce by scheduling classes on the weekends. My other favorite things about being an LWC student were developing deep friendships with classmates and professional relationships with professors and staff, as well as gaining a sense of confidence and competence in my counseling performance.

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to continue my involvement with the School of Professional Counseling by serving as the coordinator for the Ashland Community Campus. Serving the next generation of LWC students is a passion of mine, and I would love to serve you if you are interested in joining our family!
