Karen began with Lindsey Wilson College in
1992, she started her career with Lindsey as an Admissions
Secretary two months before she graduated with her associate's
degree majoring in Social Science. She quickly worked her way
up to Office Manager. She was later promoted, as an
Administrative Assistant, to the Vice President for Enrollment
Management. ln 2001, she moved to the
Personnel Office as the Personnel Administrator.
Karen is responsible for managing the benefits for all employees
which includes day-to-day processing of benefits, employment
opportunities and overseeing payroll. She is
also responsible for the new hire process and updating
and administering policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
Karen is married and has two wonderful children.
