Public Relations
The Public Relations Office coordinates the
college's external and internal communications,
and it works with campus offices and organizations
to communicate their messages to various publics. Public Relations
oversees the college's major advertising, marketing and public
relations initiatives and helps maintain the Lindsey Wilson Web
site.
Some of Public Relations' programs include:
- print and electronic advertisements;
- press releases about college events;
- photography of major college events, many of which are posted
to Flickr;
- Cornerstone, the college magazine;
- the President's Annual Report to Donors;
- Lunch at Lindsey Wilson, a weekly radio show that airs
from 12:30-1 p.m. CT Tuesday on WAIN-FM (93.5) during the academic year;
- Lindsey Wilson News Magazine, a monthly television
program on DuoCounty Telecom Channel 2 and also posted
online;
- live broadcasts of home athletic events and select special
campus events (programming is aired on DuoCounty Telecom
Channel 2);
- the Lindsey Wilson YouTube channel;
- News from Lindsey Wilson, a monthly news email update
about the college (to subscribe to the e-mail contact info@lindsey.edu);
- editorial content of the college's Web site;
- the college's Twitter page.
