Student Success Center
Located in the upper level of the Everett Building, the one-stop student success shop (SSC) provides educational resources at no charge to Lindsey Wilson College students. Included under the "umbrella" of services provided by the Student Success Center are peer tutoring for all subjects including mathematics, writing consultations, test proctoring for students with documented accommodations, and placement testing. The lower level houses our Student Success Counselors who provide academic coaching and first year advising. The overall goal of the SSC is to help students be successful in reaching their individual academic goals. The mission of the SSC is to promote an environment of continuous student learning and development. Our work promotes a culture that provides opportunities for students to develop success behaviors, practice leadership, and become engaged and empowered learners through the delivery of centralized, proactive, and high-impact student success services that are responsive to the needs of the LWC community.
