Welcome to campus! All new students, both residents and commuters, must check in at Biggers Sports Center upon arrival.
10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Lunch
Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference CenterLunch is available at a discounted rate to family members at $8.25 per person. LWC students with a meal plan are free. Food is also available at the Coca-Cola trailers near the gym for a reasonable price. Drinks are free.

All commuting students are required to attend this introduction to commuter life on Lindsey Wilson’s campus. Commuters will get to know other commuting students and have a chance to win some door prizes that include bookstore certificates and meal cards to the Cranmer Dining Center.

(MANDATORY FOR ALL RESIDENTS)Meet in Your Residence Hall
Residence Assistants (R.A.) and Resident Directors (R.D.) will go over important information about residential life and residence hall policies. Your R.A. will inform you of the meeting location.
4 p.m. - Class of 2026 Kick-off Ceremony

Explore our academic programs in this interactive session with our professors. Connect with faculty from your major, or continue to explore your options as you meet peers with similar interests.
5 p.m. - President’s Picnic
Lawn of the Emily D. Hundley President’s HomeMeet and get to know President Luckey and First Lady Elise Luckey while enjoying an outdoor meal prepared by the Cranmer Dining Center Staff, as well as some music and yard games.
8 - 10 p.m. - Class of 2026 Lock-in
Bob and Doris Holloway Health & Wellness CenterFreshmen are invited to play grocery and laundry bingo, participate in a volleyball or cornhole tournament, hang out in the pool or hot tub, shoot basketball or play a game of dodgeball. Ice cream bars will be handed out while supplies last! Sponsored by Student Activities Board, R.A.V.E., Student Government Association and Campus Recreation.

V.P. Henry AuditoriumTop Gun is trending this summer and is the theme of this year's Welcome Week, so we want to show campus the original movie that started the hype all the way back in 1986! The original Top Gun movie will be showing for free for students, faculty and staff! Grab a bag of popcorn to enjoy along with the movie.
