MAT Needs Assessment Conclusion
A Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) analysis was used to summarize the findings from the landscape and feasibility sections. A SWOT analysis organizes the key findings into institutional strengths and weaknesses and market opportunities and threats. The results of that analysis are presented in Table 26.
