The advisory committee worked with Lindsey Wilson College PR department to develop a 15 second pre-roll advertisement, rack cards, and updated STEM education landing page. We utlized these marketing materials to run a 2 month long digital marketing campaign with Forcht Broadcasting, displayed print materials at preview day events with admissions, and have provided materials to local schools for distribution and display.

We deployed a digital marketing campaign with Forcht Broadcasting that began March 22nd, 2023 and ended May 22nd, 2023. The campaign generated 248,000 impressions between our display advertisements and our Pre-Roll advertisement. Through the use of Forcht Broadcasting, we geofenced 16 specific schools (listed below) and geographic areas with high percentages of minority students.

The pre-roll advertisement was viewed 100% of the way through 38,537 times and produced 93 visits to our STEM Education Landing Page.

The display advertisement was viewed 200,244 times and produced 288 visits to our STEM Education Landing Page.
