In agreement with the Bonner Foundation, the Lindsey Wilson Bonner Program's mission is to transform the lives of our students and members, the life of our campuses, our local community and the world around through service and leadership. Bonner Leaders exhibit academic focus, social consciousness, faith-driven activism, and are self-motivated.

The Bonner Leader Program is funded through Lindsey Wilson College and the Bonner Foundation. The Bonner Leaders would not function without cooperation from the community. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, the Bonner Leader Program is a national initiative that supports service programs at U.S. colleges and universities. In the fall of 2005, Lindsey Wilson College became a college that provides a Bonner Leader Program.
