Lindsey Wilson College Campus Recreation offers many
opportunities to carry out a wellness oriented lifestyle whether it
be through group fitness, personal training, incentive programs or
even solo workouts. We greatly encourage you to live your life to
its healthiest while taking part in these enjoyable activities that
allow you to enhance yourself through the company of others,
connect mentally and reach your physical goals. Come take part in

and Wellness Center.
Group X
Campus Recreation offers many different group fitness classes
that are a great addition to any workout routine. Feel free to

Personal Training
Lindsey Wilson College Campus Recreation is always searching to
expand its horizons on each and every level. Due to this, we
are greatly pleased to be able to offer Personal Training to all
members at a very affordable cost. All Campus Recreation Personal
Trainers are certified or are working to be certified and ready to
assist you in your fitness/wellness goals. Stop by the Health and
Wellness Center front desk to pick up a personal training packetand
schedule an assessment today!
