Andy is from Columbia, KY and has been employed by Lindsey Wilson College since 2004. In May 2004, Andy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lindsey Wilson College with a major in Communications, Associate of Arts degree majoring in Biology, Health Science, and Social Science, and a Master of Arts in Education majoring in Student Affairs from Western Kentucky University in 2008. He has worked in various higher education positions as a Resident Assistant, Apartment Manger, Resident Director, Men's Area Coordinator, and Director of Residence Life.

Andy currently serves the role as Assistant Dean of Students. His primary responsibilities include disciplinary issues, retention, and oversight of Residence Life.
