Krystal earned a B.A. in human service and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and is preparing to start the master's program in christian leadership at Lindsey Wilson.

Krystal has been with the Upward Bound program at Lindsey Wilson since January of 2006. She has the responsibility to plan and organize all activities, classes and other scheduled events of the program. Also, Krystal is to maintain excellent relationships with all participating high schools and take care of any counseling needs or concerns of the students. She also must ensure that there is adequate staff, instructors and volunteers on hand to provide for the needs of our students.

Krystal resides in Columbia with her husband, Mitchell, and their two children, Danielle and Preston.
