Dr. Patrice C. Callery is an Associate Professor at Lindsey Wilson College with the School of Professional Counseling. She serves the School of Professional Counseling as a Regional Academic Director responsible for teaching and academic management of the School of Professional Counseling's satellite sites in, Cincinnati, Ohio, Hillsboro, Ohio, Shelbyville, Kentucky, and Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. McCarter serves on the Board of the Greater Cincinnati Counseling Association. Dr. McCarter earned her Doctorate of Education in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. McCarter is licensed as a Supervising Professional Counselor in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. She has over ten years of clinical experience as a prevention specialist, crisis counselor, clinical supervisor and wellness advocate. She is the administrator of her private practice, The Motivation Academy, a wellness and prevention clinic, serving children, adolescents, and families. The Motivation Academy staff also collaborates with Charter Schools and Police Departments as professional wellness education consultants in Kentucky and Ohio.

Dr. Amber Hughes is an assistant professor of counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. She teaches at the Louisville and Hillsboro campuses as well as online and in the CES program. Dr. Hughes earned her doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her master's degree in Human Development Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She is a National Certified Counselor. Dr. Hughes has worked as a school counselor, an academic advisor, and a career counselor. She is active in multiple state and national professional organizations.

Dr. Jeffrey Parsons is an associate professor of counseling at Lindsey Wilson College and serves as the Director of the Counselor Education & Supervision program in the School of Professional Counseling. Dr. Parsons earned his degree in Counselor Education from The University of Iowa. Dr. Parsons is a Licensed Professional Counselors and National Certified Counselor. Prior to his service as program director, Dr. Parsons served as the Director of Program Evaluation and Technology for the School of Professional Counseling for seven years, and the Director of Teaching and Technology Effectiveness for the Office of Academic Affairs for three years. Dr. Parsons served a five-year term on the Board of Directors for the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), including two years as Chair. Dr. Parsons and his wife, Lisa (also an Licensed Professional Counselor), have five children and live in Berea, KY.

Dr. Daya Singh Sandhu, Ed.D., NCC, NCCC, NCSC, LPCC, has been serving as the Director of Research and Professor in the doctoral program of Counselor Education and Supervision at the Lindsey Wilson College, Columbia, Kentucky since August 2014. He was formerly a distinguished professor of research and chairman of the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology at the University of Louisville. Dr. Sandhu holds six graduate degrees including Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Teaching (B.T.), and M.A. (English) from the Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. In addition, he earned M.Ed., Specialist in English, and Doctor's Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from the United States.
Dr. Sandhu has served the profession of counselor education and supervision and counseling psychology with distinction for more than 25 years. In addition to more than 50 refereed journal articles and 70 book chapters, Dr. Sandhu has authored or edited thirteen text books. Some of Dr. Sandhu's notable textbooks which significantly impacted and contributed to the field of professional counseling and psychotherapy literature include:

Dr. Daniel Schnopp-Wyatt is an associate professor of counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. He earned his doctoral degree in psychology and anthropology from the Union Institute. He has a specialization in Archetypal Psychology. In addition to his work with the Counselor Education & Supervision program, he teaches research methodology, group psychotherapy, ethics, and substance abuse treatment throughout Lindsey Wilson College's South Appalachian Region. Dr. Schnopp-Wyatt and his wife, Nicole (also a Lindsey Wilson College faculty member) live in Raccoon, KY.

Dr. Laura Bailey Smith is an assistant professor of counseling at Lindsey Wilson College and serves as a faculty member in Region I as well in the CES program. Dr. Smith earned her degree in Counseling from the University of Memphis. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, a National Certified Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She serves on multiple committees in the college as well as national committees such as the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling Research Committee
