    MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNING RESIDENTAL AND COMMUTING STUDENTS
    Welcome back to campus! All returning students, both residents and commuters, must check in at Bigger Sports Center upon arrival.

    Saturday, August 22 - Class of 2030 Arrives


      12 - 1 p.m. - Lunch

      Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center
      LWU students with a meal plan can swipe their card. Lunch is available for $5.75 for commuting students and $10.99 for non-students.

      1 - 1:30 p.m. - Say Goodbye to Family


      1 - 2 p.m. - New Commuter Student Check-In

      Hodge Center for Discipleship
      Mandatory for all NEW COMMUTING students
      Welcome to campus!
      All new commuting students must check in at the Hodge Center for Discipleship upon arrival to receive your ID card and other important information.

      1:45 - 2:30 p.m. - Work Study Job Fair

      Biggers Sports Center
      Students who are eligible for, or interested in obtaining a work study placement are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend. Here you will be able to ask questions, and learn more about the duties and responsibilities for each position. This will help you find a placement that you will thrive in!

      2 - 3 p.m. - Commuter Connection

      Hodge Center for Discipleship
      Mandatory for all NEW COMMUTING students
      All commuting students are required to attend this introduction to commuter life on Lindsey Wilson’s campus. Commuters will receive key details, get to know other commuting students, and have a chance to win some awesome prizes!

      2:45 - 3 p.m. - First Residence Hall Meeting

      Meet in your Residence Hall
      Mandatory for all NEW RESIDENTIAL students
      Residence Assistants (R.A.) and Resident Directors (R.D.) will go over important information about residential life and residence hall policies. Your R.A. will inform you of the meeting location.

      3:15 p.m. - Class of 2030 Kick Off Ceremony

      Mandatory for ALL NEW students
      Students are welcomed by President William T. Luckey Jr., Vice President of Academic Affairs Ray Lutgring and SGA President Luke Popplewell. All new students are expected to attend this important event. Please wear your t-shirt for the Class of 2030 photo.

      4 p.m. - Academic Forum

      Biggers Sports Center
      Mandatory for ALL NEW students
      Explore our academic programs in this interactive session with our professors. Connect with faculty from your major, or continue to explore your options as you meet peers with similar interests.

      4:45 p.m. - President's Picnic

      Lawn of the Emily D. Hundley President’s Home
      Enjoy a delightful outdoor meal with music and yard games, and meet President Luckey and First Lady Elise Luckey, all prepared by the talented Cranmer Dining Center staff!

      7 - 10 p.m. - LWU Hangout & Pajama Party Bingo

      Holloway Health and Wellness Center (HWC)
        Pool Hours are 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
      All students are invited to our pajama party bingo starting at 8 pm on the third court. We will serve hot coco, and give out self-care goodies. Every “Bingo!” wins an awesome prize! You can also play cornhole, hang out in the pool or hot tub, and shoot basketball.
