The MSMA degree...
forms the foundation for decision-making and service delivery across healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, and public services. National labor data show durable demand and strong wage premiums for the occupations this program targets: the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 36% job growth for Data Scientists (2023–2033, median pay $112,590, 2024) and 17–18% growth for Software Developers (median pay $133,080, 2024). These roles increasingly require applied ML skills, MLOps, deep learning, NLP, and AI ethics competencies that this program makes core rather than elective.
The global artificial intelligence in HR market size was estimated at USD 3.25 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach USD 15.24 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 24.8% from 2024 to 2030.
